Tarragon Salad Dressing

1 C Mayonnaise (real or homemade)
Milk (not too much, just enough to thin)
Fresh Tarragon
1 T capers
1 or 2 dry hot peppers
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C celery leaves

Put in a blender and blend. Season to taste.
